If Your order is in stock at Light Tape UK, it will be dispatched the day of order, if order and payment are received before 3pm, and will be sent next day postage by either "Royal Mail" or "Parcel Force" if it is a small Parcel or by "UPS" or "TNT" if the order is needed to be sent Express Courier.

If the items for your order aren’t in stock and have to be ordered form the manufactures and is in stock at the manufactures the order will take 7 to 10 working days to be shipped, If in some cases the product has to be Manufactured or is Bespoke it could take up to 10 to 15 days. on some Larger orders or animations it may take up to 20 working days or 4 weeks before shipment.
